What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom boxes?

We have no limit for the order. You can place any order. The more quantity you order, the less will be its unit price.

Can I get an instant quote for my order?

Yes! All you need to do is to submit your requirements including box style, type of material, thickness, dimension and order quantity, one of our box experts will contact you for a bit more details regarding customization. After that, you will get an instant quote.

How many days do you take to deliver the order?

We usually take from 8 to 14 days to make your order ready and deliver to your location. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances it may cause a bit more delay. The factors may include packaging type, order size, season and a lot more. However, for bulk order we do have a capacity to arrange urgent delivery.

Which packaging materials do you use?

For making custom boxes, we use sustainable packaging material mostly like kraft paper or cardboard. We only use plant-based materials that are FDA approved. For creating flexible packaging, we use corrugated cardboard.

Will I receive any proof before confirming the order?

Absolutely! Once the design is made according to your specs, we show you a 3D animation or 2D model of the box including your brand, color and the exact match. Only when you approve it, then we will begin the manufacturing process.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Production: You may also cancel your packaging order before production. We will immediately cancel the order after receiving your contact and refund you without questions asked.
After Production: If production has already started, we can no longer cancel the order or offer a full refund. However, we can discuss if any partial refund possibilities exist.

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products: In case your product manages to arrive damaged or defective, you should contact us within 7 days. We will ask for pictures or details. As the problem dictates, we shall either replace or refund your item.
Wrong Order: Please let us know immediately if you receive the wrong packaging. We will replace the wrong items or give you a full refund.
Custom Orders: We cannot accept any returns for custom orders except when it is damaged or defective. A custom product is one specially designed for you and cannot be used elsewhere.

Refund Processing Time

We ensure that the refund process will be completed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Your refund will also be returned to your original method of payment. That will take a few days to clear with your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping Costs

For Damaged or Wrong Orders: We will cover the cost of shipping if the mistake is found on our side.
For Other Returns: In case you have to return undamaged items for any reason, you are required to send them back at your own expense.
