Refund / Cancellation Policy

We always want to make you happy with your purchase. If you are not, we have a simple refund and cancellation policy with no question asked. Please read our refund & cancellation policy below to understand how we process your requests.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Production: You may also cancel your packaging order before production. We will immediately cancel the order after receiving your contact and refund you without questions asked.
  • After Production: If production has already started, we can no longer cancel the order or offer a full refund. However, we can discuss if any partial refund possibilities exist.

Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Products: In case your product manages to arrive damaged or defective, you should contact us within 7 days. We will ask for pictures or details. As the problem dictates, we shall either replace or refund your item.
  • Wrong Order: Please let us know immediately if you receive the wrong packaging. We will replace the wrong items or give you a full refund.
  • Custom Orders: We cannot accept any returns for custom orders except when it is damaged or defective. A custom product is one specially designed for you and cannot be used elsewhere.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation?

  • Provide your order number and details of your concern for the request if you want.
  • We will review your request and respond at our earliest.

Refund Processing Time

  • We ensure that the refund process will be completed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Your refund will also be returned to your original method of payment. That will take a few days to clear with your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping Costs

  • For Damaged or Wrong Orders: We will cover the cost of shipping if the mistake is found on our side.
  • For Other Returns: In case you have to return undamaged items for any reason, you are required to send them back at your own expense.
